Marinade Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients
Season uncooked flank steak (or strips if pre-cut) with salt and pepper
Place seasoned flank steak in a Ziplock-type bag and pour over marinade. Seal and refrigerate for 1-3 hours to tenderize and flavor the steak.

Fajita Instructions
Slice onion and peppers into strips lengthwise, and set aside
When steak is marinaded, grill over medium heat until desired doneness is reached. Tent whole steak (or strips) with aluminum foil and set aside
Add a tablespoon or two of oil to a large frying pan set to medium heat
Season peppers and onions with salt and pepper
Sauté veggies together about 3-5 minutes – just until slightly tender
If you cooked a whole flank steak, slice into fajita-sized strips
Serve with warmed tortillas
Garnish however you like – guacamole, salsa, or just a squeeze of lime
