I usually focus on staying active with light movement, like walking or stretching, to help keep my muscles loose. I also make sure to drink plenty of water and eat some protein to support recovery. Foam rolling or a gentle massage helps too—just be mindful not to go too hard. Sleep is underrated, but it’s honestly one of the best ways to let your body recover.
Stay hydrated, eat protein-rich foods, and try gentle stretching or foam rolling.
